Troubleshooting

The following table lists error messages which relate to the bus module that can be displayed in the Reflex Control-Touch controller.

Call up data with ComTest Pro

 Note!
The Reflex controller must be switched on.
You can download the ComTest Pro software from
1. Connect the other end of the sub-D connector using a serial USB adapter (e.g. AU0002E from Logilink).
2. Connect the USB connector to your PC.
3. Open ComTest Pro on your PC.
4. Transfer the settings in Step 1 and Step 2.
5. Press the "Start" button.
– The port must be set up correctly via the Windows Device Manager, see the following description.
 Note!
If Loop Command has been activated, the system values are queried in a continuous loop.
Cause
Master-slave communication or master
controller faulty
• Connecting cable defective
• Main circuit board defective
The bus module was not detected.
