Troubleshooting

The following table lists error messages which relate to the bus module that can be displayed in the Reflex Control-Touch controller.

Call up data with ComTest Pro

Note!
The Reflex controller must be switched on.
You can download the ComTest Pro software from
1.
Connect the other end of the sub-D connector using a serial USB adapter (e.g. AU0002E from Logilink).
2.
Connect the USB connector to your PC.
3.
Open ComTest Pro on your PC.
4.
Transfer the settings in Step 1 and Step 2.
5.
Press the "Start" button.
The port must be set up correctly via the Windows Device Manager, see the following description.
Note!
If Loop Command has been activated, the system values are queried in a continuous loop.
Cause
Master-slave communication or master
controller faulty
Connecting cable defective
Main circuit board defective
The bus module was not detected.
