Updating Firmware
Firmware gives your emulation probe a "personality" for a particular processor
or processor family.
After you have connected the emulation probe to your target system, you may
need to update the firmware to give it the right personality for your processor.
Update the firmware if:
• You need to change the personality of the emulation probe for a new
processor.
• You have an updated version of the firmware from Agilent Technologies.
