Controller Communications over Fibre Loops

Controllers running firmware version 3.14 and above supports
controller communications over Fibre loops.
There are two options with the controller communications over
Fibre loops. Hardware configuration should be completed before
firmware setting.

For firmware release 3.25 and above, enter a hex
