To expedite and assist in problem diagnosis, please be prepared to send us a copy of your
diagnostic log. The diagnostic log includes a history of important system parameters and
events that occur during system operation. Use the Data Hub in qPro Operator software to
save the diagnostics log as a file that can be sent to our Technical Support group.
WARNING When performing any of the procedures in the troubleshooting topics, always
follow the safety precautions included in this document or Help system and in any of the
other documentation that came with your instrument.
