Maintaining the Instrument
Use a #1 Phillips-head screwdriver to loosen the three captive screws that secure the
source to the instrument baseplate.

Grasp the bale firmly and pull the source module straight out of the instrument.

7. Carefully unpack the new source module and inspect it for damage.
Lightly tap the source module to remove any loose insulation or other material that might
be clinging to it. If you have a source of dry air or nitrogen, set the flow rate to low and
use it to lightly clean the source module.
