Meaning Cause
The start position or end position Setting error
for the Corner-R motion could not
be calculated inside the start zone
or the end zone.
The Corner-R motion cannot be Setting error
used for coordinated motion (with
master manipulators).
The Corner-R motion cannot be Setting error
used for MOVC, MOVS, and
EIMOVC instructions.
The Corner-R motion is disabled Setting error
during weaving.
Different tool numbers are set in a Setting error
Corner-R zone (for the Corner-R
middle step and end step).
The Corner-R motion is disabled Setting error
when the higher-order
acceleration/deceleration is
specified.
The Corner-R motion is disabled Setting error

Remedy
(1)Check the following settings.

motion.

·Use a MOVL instruction when using the Corner-R motion.

·Use the same tool number in a Corner-R zone.

·Disable the higher-order acceleration/deceleration when using the Corner-R
motion.
