The parameter value is
above/below the mea-

surement range of the
monitor.
The sensor is unplugged
from the trunk cable.
The SpO2 sensor needs
to be replaced.

noise amplitude is indis-
tinguishable from signal
for > 20 sec.)

There is a hardware fail-
ure with the SpO2 sensor
cable.
The sensor is searching
for valid pulses to com-
pute a measurement
value.
There is a hardware fail-

sensor.
SpO2 sensor is un-
plugged from the inter-
mediate cable. Or inter-

plugged from M300
transceiver.
Instructions for use – Infinity
Solution
– Check the patient and treat
if necessary.
– Change the alarm limits.
– Reconnect the sensor
– Replace sensor.
– Ensure that sensor is prop-
erly attached to patient and
not moving.
– Reposition the sensor or
use a different measure-
ment site.
– Check for defective cable.
– Power cycle the M300 to
clear the message.
– Contact Dräger Technical
support.
Verify proper sensor appli-
cation.
– Make sure the SpO2 sen-
sor is properly attached to
the patient and all cables
are properly connected.
– Replace sensor.
– Ensure that the sensor is
securely connected to inter-
mediate cable and interme-
diate cable is securely con-
nected to M300 transceiver.
