Initiating manual recordings

NOTE
If the ICS is operating in Dual Display mode, recordings are printed only for the patients of the screen
in which the mouse pointer is located at the time of the request.

Processing of strip recordings

You can initiate a manual recording at the ICS. The request is handled by the bedside device.

Requesting a remote recording

Other ICS devices within the same monitoring unit can request recordings of local patients. These
requests use the recording attributes of the remote device.

Setting up a recording

For general recording setup attributes, refer to the Instructions for use Infinity CentralStation Wide,
Software VG4.0 or later. For telemetry-specific recording setup information, see "Device setup > Setup
page" on page 228.

Required steps
For an individual patient:
– Select the Main screen viewport to display a button which, when se-
lected, will print the recording.
If the patient is discharged or in Standby mode, you cannot request a
manual recording.
For all patients admitted to the Main screen:
– Press the keyboard F11 key.
Select the Record button.
