Operating concept

M300 header bar

The header bar appears along the top of the M300. Unless an alarm condition is present, the header bar
always appears blue. During an alarm, the message area of the header bar (H) appears in the color of the
associated alarm grade. For details on the alarm signal colors, refer to the Instructions for use Infinity
CentralStation Wide, Software VG4.0 or later.

A Battery charge symbol that shows the available battery charge when the screen is enabled. When the
screen of the M300 is in power-save mode, the LED (E) indicates the battery status (see "Charging
the M300 battery" on page 93).
B Wireless signal strength symbol. This symbol appears when the M300 is connected to a wireless ac-
cess point. The appearance of the symbol varies depending on signal strength.
C Message area; alarm messages are preceded by the following symbol
turns red during high-priority alarm conditions and yellow during medium -priority alarm conditions.
