SITUATION
The reset button will not come on
when pressed after the key has been
turned.
With the reset button lit, the machine
will not go to the automatic function
when the MAN/AUTO cycle button is
pressed.
The machine will not start when the
start cycle button is pressed with
the MAN/AUTO selector switch in
the AUTO position. In this situation,
warning light 2 will come on.
The machine will not start when the
start cycle button is pressed with
the MAN/AUTO selector switch in
the AUTO position. In this situation,
warning light 3 will come on.
It is not possible to adjust the
machine or carriage speed values
in whole or in part from the REMOTE
CONTROL.
During the wrapping cycle, the
machine suddenly stops and
warning light 1 comes on.
On reaching the top of the pallet,
the coil holder carriage does not
stop and continues to rise.
The film slips on the rubber coated
roller.
Unusual carriage noise.
Irregular film tension.

CAUSE

SOLUTION
Reset emergency stop button.
Check the battery charge level and
recharge if necessary.
Remove any obstacles from the
range of action of the anti-collision
photocells.
Turn the key selector switch on the
handle to the AUTOMATIC position.
Press the cycle RESET button to return
the carriage to position zero, then
press the START CYCLE button.
Move the machine towards the
pallet to be wrapped and check the
reading range of the photocell as
shown in section 11.1.
Check to ensure that the orange
sockets are correctly inserted in
module Rx300.
Check to ensure that the position of
the levers between the module and
remote control correspond.
Remove any obstacles then press the
start cycle button to terminate the
wrapping cycle in automatic mode.
Adjust the delay time set, see section
12.7.
Reduce the range of action of the
photocell, see section 12.7.
Clean the rubber-coated roller with
alcohol.
Tighten the chain.
Replace the motor reducer.
Check the value set.
Replace the card.
