TASTO PER AUMENTARE / DIMINUIRE IL VALORE DEL PARAMETRO SELEZIONATO

DISPLAY Indica il valore del parametro selezionato.

ALLARMI Indica possibilità di allarmi della macchina durante il ciclo di lavoro

SELEZIONE PROGRAMMA DI FASCIATURA Tasto per selezione programma fasciatura.

REGOLAZIONE TEMPO DISCESA PARZIALE CARRELLO Regola il tempo di discesa parziale del carrello sulla parte alta
del pallet, per facilitare l'inserimento del cappuccio nel programma di fasciatura n° P2 o n° P4.
10. VELOCITÀ FASCIAPALLET Regola la velocità di movimentazione del fasciapallet
11. VELOCITÀ CARRELLO Regola la velocità di salita/discesa del carrello portabobina
12. TENSIONAMENTO FILM Regola la tensione di svolgimento del film (solo per i mod. WR200-WR300)
13. N° FASCIATURE PARTE BASSA E ALTA DEL PALLET
14. TASTO DI RESET Va premuto quando in seguito al comando di avviamento automatico viene segnalata un'anomalia
di posizione del carrello (allarme n. 2 al pannello 7)
15. TASTO START Premendo si da inizio al ciclo di fasciatura in modo di lavoro automatico
16. TASTO ON
Premendo si attiva il pannello di controllo
17. PULSANTE STOP DI EMERGENZA Premendo arresta la macchina in qualsiasi punto del ciclo (per sbloccarlo ruotarlo in
senso orario)
18. TASTO STOP Premendo arresta la macchina in qualsiasi punto del ciclo
19. TASTO CICLO MANUALE AUTOMATICO Permette di selezionare il funzionamento dell'avvolgipallet in modo manuale
(led spento) o in modo automatico (led acceso).
20. TASTO DISCESA CARRELLO In ciclo di lavoro manuale se premuto aziona la discesa del carrello
21. TASTO SALITA CARRELLO In ciclo di lavoro manuale se premuto aziona la salita del carrello
22. INDICATORE DI CARICA DELLA BATTERIA indica il livello di carica della batteria

CONTROL PANEL
1. KEY MAIN SWITCH Rotate in a clockwise direction, to power the machine.
2. OPERATOR PANEL
3. BUTTON ENTER Press the button, before change the value of the parameter to modify and also to confirm the modified
parameter.
4. BUTTON FOR SELECT THE PARAMETER TO BE MODIFIED Wrapper speed, sliding roll speed, film tension, number of wrapps
on the lower part, number of wrapps on the upper part.
5. BUTTONS FOR INCREASE / DECREASE THE SELECTED PARAMETER'S VALUE
6. DISPLAY It shows the value of the parameter selected.
7. ALARMS It shows possible defects of machine functions during the wrapping cycle.
8. SELECTION DISPLAY Button for the selection of the wrapping.
9. ADJUSTMENT OF THE CARRIAGE PARTIAL LOWERING TIME It adjusts the carriage partial lowering time on the top of the
top cover insertion in the wrapping programme n° P2 o n° P4.
10. WRAPPER SPEED Set the speed of movement of the wrapper
11. CARRIAGE SPEED Set the up/down speed of film carriage
12. FILM TENSIONING Set the film tensioning (only on mod. WR200-WR300)
13. NUMBER OF WRAPPS OF THE LOWER AND UPPER PART
14. RESET KEY This resets the starting status after any stoppages in operation due to any anomaly position of the carriage
(alarm 2 on panel 7)
15. START BUTTON This is pressed to start the wrapping cycle in automatic way..
16. ON BUTTON This is pressed to power the control panel.
17. EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON When it is pressed, the machine is stopped at any point in the working cycle (to release it,
rotate in clockwise direction).
18. STOP KEY When this is pressed, the machine is stopped at any point in the wrapping cycle.
19. MANUAL / AUTOMATIC BUTTON This is used to select manual operations (led off) or the automatic cycle (led on).
