Mounting the groin strap
1) Place the groin strap, underside down (see fig. 54, no. 1), on the seat pad; the attachment straps with the eye
lets (see fig. 54, no. 2) must face to the rear.
2) Thread the attachment straps with eyelets (see fig. 54, no. 2) between the back support and seat bottom to the
rear and secure them under the seat bottom (see fig. 56). Use the screws and wing nuts to adjust the seat
depth and seat width (see fig. 56, no. 1).
3) Rivet the clips in the bore holes of the back support (see fig. 55, no. 1; see fig. 56, no. 2).
4) Thread the belt ends of the long attachment strap (see fig. 54, no. 4) around the back support to the rear and
secure them in the clips (see fig. 56, no. 3).
5) If necessary, cut off protruding belt ends of the long attachment strap (see fig. 56, no. 4) and seal the loose
ends by applying heat (e.g. with a lighter).
