Mounting the 2-point lap belt
1) Mount the 3-slot mounting brackets (see fig. 25, no. 3) at the bore holes on the underside of the seat plate (see
fig. 26, no. 1).
INFORMATION: It should be possible to turn the 3-slot mounting brackets with some resistance if
needed.
2) Turn the 3-slot mounting brackets to the outside.
3) Lay the 2-point lap belt on the seat.
4) Guide the ends of the belt sideways under the hip supports (see fig. 27, no. 1).
With adjustable arm supports: Guide the belt ends behind the arm support holder (see fig. 27, no. 1).
5) Thread the ends of the belt through the 3-slot mounting brackets (see fig. 28). Adjust the belt length and tight­
en the belt.
6) If necessary, cut off protruding belt ends and seal the loose ends by applying heat (e. g. with a lighter).
