Dismantling (continued)
10. Brake piston disassembly
*
a. Through the (1) case (35) orifice, apply
compressed air to remove the (25) brake piston
from the (1) case and also remove the (26) disk
and (27) friction plate.
Note: Because the brake piston may fly out due to the
compressed air, take sufficient care to do the work safely.
Be careful not to damage the sliding surface of the disk.
11. Cylinder rod disassembly
a. Place the (1) case horizontally on the working
bench and remove the (4) Cylinder block, (6) piston
S/A, (7) retainer plate, (8) retainer holder, (19) pin,
(14) snap ring, (15) spring seat, (16) spring and
(17) spring seat from the (1) case.
Note: Be careful not to damage the sliding surface of the
cylinder block, piston and swash plate.
