Gently place the retainer on the stepped portion of the
wedge inside the chuck assembly (jig).
1. Place so that the larger diameter (collar) is facing up
as shown in the figure.
2. Keep the press work bench clean so that dust,
chipped metal and other foreign material do not cause
damage to the bottom of the chuck assembly.
Press the upper part of the retainer gradually so that the
blade part of the chuck assembly jig digs into the bushing
surface part of the retainer (jig).
Note: Press load should be 2~3 tons.
If necessary use a retainer when pressing.
