Pump Trouble Shooting (continued)
Abnormal Sound and Vibration
Cause
1. Cavitation.
2. Damage of shoe caulking part.
3. Crack in cylinder.
4. Bad installation of pump.
* 5. Relief valve bouncing.

Hydraulics
Hydraulic Pump JS200, JS240
Treatment
1. Prevent cavitation.
Check to see if hydraulic oil is
white and cloudy.
2. Replace piston, shoe, shoe plate.
3. Replace cylinder.
4. Correct installation.
* 5. Repair relief valve.
Note
1.1. Boost pressure is low
1.2. Pump is broken.
1.3. Air is sucked by suction pipe.
1.4. Suction resistance is high.
* 5. Refer to relief valve instructions.
