Removing the MP00 RF Lens Assembly

O-ring, Viton, 3.25 in. ID, 1/8 in. thick

CAUTION To avoid an electrical shock, be sure to follow the instructions in

1. Shut down and vent the system, and let it cool to room temperature.
Venting the mass spectrometer can take several minutes.
2. Unplug the mass spectrometer's power supply cord from the electrical outlet.

disconnect the electrical connector to the MP00 rf lens assembly by pulling it toward the
left.
