 To check the Convectron gauge pressure

3. Check the reading for the Convectron Gauge Pressure. If the reading is considerably
below 1 Torr, clean the ion transfer tube.
 To remove the ion transfer tube
1. Turn off the flow of liquid from the LC (or other sample introduction device) to the API
source as follows:
