Connect the connection cable to the venous probe and the
corresponding interface of the CARDIOHELP.
Make sure that the red dots on the connection cable and plug are correctly aligned.

Place the venous probe into the holder.
Venous probe must click into place and must not be able to be moved.

Teach the venous probe (⇨ "Teaching the Venous Probe", page 91).

Carry out a complete inspection (⇨ "Inspection", page 33).

Venous probe is replaced, teached and the function has been tested.

Inspection after repair has been carried out.

The guard function is very important in emergency cases to place the emergency drive into the holder.
WARNING!
To finish the task, the following step must be carried out in order to ensure error-free use.

Carrying out the inspection (⇨ "Inspection", page 33).
WARNING!
Eliminate safety risks!
Disconnect the CARDIOHELP from the external power supply before carrying out maintenance work.

Disconnect the CARDIOHELP from the external power supply.

Unscrew the screw and remove the unlocking knob at left hinge.

Repeat step 2 at right hinge.
