Note 3: POS = Power on/off status

Scaling
Parts of the message structure are based on binary representations of analog voltages
and have analog scaling associated with them.
DeviceNet uses unsigned binary to represent zero to the full-rated output power of the
HFV generator (scaled 0 V to +10 V). Use
the corresponding digital values (assuming N is the number of bits of resolution
available at the DeviceNet interface).

The conversion is assumed to be linear across the range (a one-bit change always
corresponds to the same change in output power within the hardware capabilities of
the power supply.
Values exceeding 0FFFh are limited to 0FFFh. Thus, the maximum calculation of a 10
kW unit (at 12-bit resolution) is 0FFFh (or 4095 decimal).
