EXPLICIT MESSAGING

The HFV generator DeviceNet interface supports explicit messaging formats useful
for reporting system parameters—for instance, maximum power. For more
information about this type of messaging, refer to
05 (0x05)" on page 4-49
latest DeviceNet specification (version 2.0 or later).
Use the following application object class code 64 (0x40), instance 1 attributes to
retrieve maximum power readings:

Note 1: The maximum power attribute returns a value in watts if the unit is operating
as a stand alone device. For example, a value of 20,000 equates to 20,000 W. The
maximum power attribute scaling is watts x 10 if the unit is operating in a master/
slave system. For example, a value of 2,000 equates to 20,000 W.
