Use the [S] key on the computer keyboard to snap (start or pause video capture) images

Footswitch

Displaying the Exam Capture screen automatically enables the footswitch. The footswitch
controls work the same way as the image capture controls.
Toggle
button, or the [S] key, to record, pause, and restart video recording or capture a still image.

RetCam 3 Control Panel

Select one or more options from the onscreen image capture controls
page
then press the green Snap button on the control panel to start or pause video recording or
to capture images.

Keyboard Controls

Use the space bar to record and pause the video during live imaging. Press the [S] key to
capture still images.

Video Playback

When you stop live recording, select a video to enable the playback controls. Thumbnails
of video clips show four (4) images (first, last, and two intermediate images in the video) in
the quadrants of a square.

Saving video consumes a great deal of disc space. To maintain optimal
system performance, select the images of interest from the video by clicking
