Reconciling Data Mismatches

Under certain conditions, the synchronization process detects data mismatches between
the RetCam System and RCRS. When data mismatches are detected, the Reconciliation
Form

The Reconciliation Form displays the data elements for the same patient, exam, or
image that cannot automatically be synchronized. This condition can occur, for instance,
when the same patient data is edited on both the RetCam System and RCRS. In this case,
you must determine which data is correct, and then update it on both the RetCam System
and RCRS.
The Reconciliation Form displays two columns, one column for each data source (the
RetCam Server and the local device). Each row in the form contains an un-reconciled data
element (for example, classification). Clicking on the cell with the desired data from the
desired data source selects it, and this selection results in the desired data element's cell
changing background color and the annotation of the red X becoming a green checkmark,
as well as the unpicked data changing from the annotation of a red X to no annotation
