Removing Videos and Images from the RetCam System

After synchronization with RCRS completes successfully, video and image files can be
removed from the RetCam System to free hard disk space.
To remove videos or images from the RetCam, follow these steps:
1. Select the videos or images to be removed by clicking the selection box next to each
image

When performing synchronization, you are responsible for verifying that the
appropriate data is selected during the reconciliation process. If you are
unable to verify the appropriate data, Clarity recommends that you defer
selecting either data element during that reconciliation process.
Un-reconciled data for the current domain is displayed in the Reconciliation
Form as long as it remains un-reconciled.
NOTE
During synchronization and reconciliation, other RetCam systems connected
to the same RCRS Server cannot begin the synchronization process. Only
one RetCam system, connected to the same server, can synchronize at any
one time.
Data that is not reconciled during synchronization displays the "Sync
Required" status to indicate that a data mismatch exists.
