To assign multiple domains to a single patient, click to display the Domain
Assignment dialog box.

The Patient List pane displays all patients in all domains that the current user can access.
You can select only one patient at a time.
The Domain List pane displays all domains that the current user can access. You can
select multiple domains by holding down the [Shift] key on the keyboard and at the same
time selecting the desired domains. Click to assign the selected patient to the
selected domain(s). Click to return the domain assignments to the last saved
settings.
