Include Subfolders Check Box

Select this check box to import images in all subfolders of the source location. If not
selected, you import only the files found in the source location folder itself, and no images
in its subfolders. To import files from a specific (patient) subfolder only, select that
subfolder as the Source location.

Delete Source files and Subfolders After Import Check Box

To manage the size of the export destination, select this check box to delete the source
files and subfolders after import is complete.

8. An Import Report window appears. If not all items were imported, select View Log for
the explanation. It could be because some files are duplicates (already in the
destination database), or the file is not found, or it is corrupt, or the destination is
write-protected.
9. The system notifies you when the import is completed successfully.

Do not select this check box if you or others want to import the same data to
another RetCam station, which would be the case especially if you are
importing from the backup repository.
