Required patient information:
• First Name (Given Name)
• Last Name (Family Name)
• Patient ID

Figure 52 Birth Information

The date of birth is required. Enter it manually or select it from the drop-down calendar.

Editing a Patient Record

To edit a patient record, either select the patient record and click
the patient's record from the Patients and Exams screen.
