Reference
• Refer to "2-3-6 Character data input method" (P.38) for details on the character input method and character types with
input restrictions.
• Specifies a case-sensitive alphabetical file name.
• If the file name contains both one-byte characters (in ASCII code) and two-byte characters (in Shift JIS or GB 2312
code), specify them exactly as they are by using two types of the character code.
• If the file name contains any characters which belong to the non-supported character code, the file cannot be selected
by the command.
• When two or more of the same file names exists, the file with the smaller number is selected.
• Use the file name (FNM) command when you want to read out the file name currently selected.
• The file change operation turns off the marking trigger ready momentarily.
• Unnamed files (0-byte name) cannot be selected with this command.
