4. Remove the rear cover.

5. On the fans 5 and 7, remove the eight M3 screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver securing the
shielding.

6. At both ends of the projector, remove the four M3 screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver
securing the left cover module.
7. Loosen the four captive M3 screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
8. Remove the left-side cover from the projector.
It will still be attached to the cord of the interlock switch.
9. To separate the interlock switch from the left-side cover, remove the two M3 screws with a
Phillips #1 screwdriver.
10. Transfer the interlock switch to the new left-side cover.
11. If required, replace the left-side cover.
12. To re-install, follow these steps in reverse order.
