0 disable the result code presentation in the TE
1 enable the result code presentation in the TE
2 cancel session (not applicable to read Command response)
<str> String type (string should be included in quotation marks)

<dcs> Cell Broadcast Data Coding Scheme in integer format
(default 0)
Note:
When ussd is not support or return error ,TE will print +CUSD:4.
