0 TO, Normal Recipient.
1 CC, Carbon Copy recipient.
2 BCC, Blind Carbon Copy recipient.
<index> Index of the type of recipient, decimal format.
<rcptAddress> The Email recipient address.
<rcptName> The Email recipient name.
<rcptAddressLength> The max length of <rcptAddress>.
<rcptNameLength> The max length of <rcptName>.
Note:
 If only <rcptType> is given,it will delete all items of <rcptType>
If only <rcptType> and <index> are given,it will delete the <index>

item of <rcptType>.
