Measure voltage between A9 H-1
terminal and A23 (-1 terminal.
Is there battery voltage?
N O
Remove the Cl33 connector
from the EACV and connect a
jumper wire* to the two pins on
the wire harness connector.
Measure voltage between A9 (+I
terminal and A23 (4 terminal.
Is there battery voltage?
N O
Replace EACV.
CAUTION:
disconnected for this test
or the ECU will be
damaged.
Replace EACV.
