and 3P connector of engine wire
Substitute a known-good front
o r r e a r k n o c k s e n s o r a n d
recheck.
Is Check Engine light on and
does it indicate CODE 23 or
53.
Substitute a known-good ECU
and recheck. If symptomlindica-
tion goes away, replace the
original ECU.
Repair open in WHT or
wire between
ECU (04 or D3*) and
t h e front knock sensor.
N O Replace the original
knock sensor.
