Inspection; Replacement - Honda Acura NSX 1991 Service Manual

1 . Remove the timing belt (page 6-23).
2. Check that the water pump pulley turns freely.
3.
Check for signs of seal leakage.
NOTE: Small amount of "weeping" from the bleed
hole is normal.

COVERED:
Remove the timing belt (page 6-23).

2. Unscrew the bolts, then remove the water pump.
3. Install the water pump in the reverse order of
removal.
SPECIAL BOLTS
WATER PUMP
BOLTS
22 Nom (2.2 kg-m,
16 lb-ft)
Replace.
