REASSEMBLY
Reassemble the cylinder head in the reverse order of disassem-
bly. Pay attention to the following points:
• Install each valve spring seat 1.
• Apply molybdenum oil solution to the valve stem seal 2, and
press-fit it into position.

Do not reuse the removed valve stem seal.
 MOLYBDENUM OIL SOLUTION
• Insert the valve, with its stem coated with molybdenum oil
solution all around and along the full stem length without any
break.

When inserting the valve, take care not to damage the
lip of valve stem seal.
 MOLYBDENUM OIL SOLUTION
• Install the valve spring with the small-pitch portion A facing
cylinder head.
