Content Details
Number of points • The number of points of the ZR device currently set is stored as 32-bit
assigned for ZR (L) data.
• The number of points assigned is stored even if the number of points

Cyclic transmission The cyclic transmission status of each station is stored using the

Data link status of The data link status of each station is stored using the following bit
