Deleting a MSR track

Function:
The vertical position on the magnetic stripe fixed at the transfer of the MSR pa-
rameters (CSI ... ! r) is overwritten with 'ZERO' characters (the MSR track is de-
leted).
The command triggers the output of characters still in the print buffer to
