Function:
The 8-dot graphics mode 'double density' is switched on with ESC L (n) (m).
The parameters n and m determine the number of dot columns to be printed:
Number of dot columns = m * 256 + n
One data byte must be specified per dot column.

Using ESC ?, any graphics mode of the document printer can be
assigned to the command ESC L.
