Switching underlining on/off

Function:
– Switching on underlining
After setting ESC - (1) all subsequent print characters (even the spaces) are
underlined continuously.
– Switching off underlining
ESC - (0) switches off the underlining of the print characters.
Example:
BEGIN
PRINT("Highlighting",char(27),"-",char(1))
PRINT(" with underlining")
PRINT(char(27),"-",char(0))
PRINTLF(" is possible.")
