Function:
– Switching on elongated print
ESC W (1) switches elongated print on. In elongated print the width of the
characters is doubled.
– Switching off elongated print
ESC W (0) switches elongated print off.
Elongated print can be combined with condensed print and all the cha-

racter sizes (10, 12, 15 cpi).
