REPLACEMENTS
11.
Remove the BLOW PIPE POSITIONER TOOL from the SUCKERS. The TOOL can
only be taken off, after the VACUUM PUMPS are switched off and after MAGAZINE
SUCKING is disabled.

Start the SENSOR TEST

Carefully press down the tool onto the SUCKERS. After 0.2 - 0.5 mm, SENSOR
B9 MAGAZINE FILM PIN should be actuated.
14.
If the SENSOR is not actuated, carefully bend the ACTUATOR BRACKET.
15.
Exit the SERVICE MODE

Mount all PANELS.

Run a few cycles to ensure proper operation.
REPLACEMENT MAGAZINE SUCKER BAR

Switch off the ML700.

Remove the REAR PANEL.

.
Disconnect the WHITNEY MECHANISM.

Both ACTUATORS must touch the TOOL at the same time
