Appendix B. REDUNDANCY

B.1 Overview

The redundancy hardware option is required for use of the LBC-4000
L-Band Up/Down Converter System in 1:1 redundant operations.
You may optionally configure the LBC-4000 for redundant system operation. This
appendix provides detailed information for cabling and otherwise configuring the
LBC-4000 for 1:1 redundancy.
Figure B-1 provides a functional schematic for LBC-4000 redundant operation.
