When connecting to a Dual Video port, two KVM client windows are
opened. The two client windows are bound to each other.
Window title: [<group_name>] port_name.
When one window is closed, the other one is closed automatically
Switching to and from Dual Video ports is not possible. When switching
from a single port to a Dual Video port, the old connection is closed prior
to connecting. When switching from a Dual Video port to another port,
the connections are closed prior to connecting to the new port.
