Admin Status
The administrative status of the Subscriber can be either Enabled or
Disabled. Select Disabled to disable all services to the Subscriber.
Service Pipes
Each Service Pipe defines the Service Profile for a specific Subscriber's
station(s) behind a specific SU.
The Service Pipe menu enables defining new Service Pipes, viewing or
editing details of previously defined Service Pipes and removing Service
Pipes from the database.
The Service Pipe menu also enables viewing and resetting the Service
counters.
Service Pipe Parameters
The Service Pipe's parameters are:
Name
Service Pipe Name can include up to 32 printable characters.
Subscriber Name
The Subscriber to which the Service Pipe is allocated.
The Subscriber Name must be one of the names that exist in the
database after being defined using the Subscribers menu.
SU MAC Address
The MAC Address of the SU associated with the Service Pipe.
The SU MAC Address must be one of the addresses that exist in the
database after being defined as a Permanent SU in the SU menu.
The MAC Address can be changed (in Update option) only if the Admin
status of the Service Pipe is set to Disabled.
Service Profile Name
The Service Profile to be used in the Service Pipe.
The Service Profile Name must be one of the names that exist in the
database after being defined using the Service Profile menu.
