This phase tests the operation of the internal Timer registers of the
INTEL 80186 CPU.

check the TimerO Count register.

check the TimerO MCA register.
Tests 35 through 51 -
check the TimerO MCB register.
Tests 52 through 59 -
check the TimerO Mode register.
Tests 60 through 77 -
check the Timerl Count register.
Tests 78 through 94 -
check the Timerl MCA register.

check the Timerl MCB register.

check the Timer1 Mode register.
Tests 121 through 137 -

• INTEL 80186 Microprocessor
• INTEL 80186 Microprocessor interface to the Network Access Unit

Write a valid data pattern to the register and verify with a read.
