maybe happens over excitation at low frequency running, over heat while long time, even over current protection or can
not start normally.
Note: while [F8.00] is 1, [F8.12] is invalid.
Torque improve close frequency: Set torque improve valid range. While output frequency is over this value, torque
improving function stops. 100% is corresponding to motor rated frequency.
