Designated carrier position occupied
The "carrier position occupied" usually indicates that the turnstile is out of sync with the system and requires a restart-
ing of the station and possibly recalibrating the turnstile. Completing the steps in the next procedure generally clears
the error.

This error suggests that a carrier expected to arrive at the station has not been delivered and is likely lost in the system.
