ORE TURNSTILE ASSEMBLY IFT THE CORE
Follow these steps to lift the core-turnstile assembly with the rails and trolley.

After you have verified that the trolley and rail assembly is stable, do one of the following:
Slide the trolley all the way toward you if you are installing, or

 Slide the trolley toward the back of the station if you are removing the core-turnstile assembly.
Then remove the two bolts that attach the turnstile frame to the station base frame, as shown
next.

Release the latch at the top of the winch, and turn the handle counter-clockwise to let the black
nylon strap down toward the top of the core assembly, as shown.

Lower the horizontal bar attached to the black strap until the bar nearly meets the top of the core
assembly.

Locate the looped ends of the two cables that are attached to each side of the core assembly.

Open the carabiner clips at each end of the horizontal bar, and place the loop from the corresponding
cable onto the clip, as shown.
Verify that both carabiner clips are securely attached to the cable loops on each side.
