Align the turnstile

Before the station can operate, the turnstile must be adjusted so that the front position is centered within
the security-door opening. The position must be correct for the station to properly send and receive carriers.
The process for correctly aligning the turnstile is described next. The photos below show incorrect and
correct turnstile positioning.
Follow these steps to align the turnstile within the security-door opening.

Pull down the lock-ring on the pin actuator to disengage the pin that holds the turnstile in place.

With the lock-ring pulled down, rotate the turnstile with your other hand until the edges of the front
turnstile compartment are evenly aligned inside the security door and the turnstile compartment is
centered within the oblong security-door opening.

When the front turnstile compartment is properly aligned within the edges of the security door,
release the pin-actuator ring and then gently move the turnstile an inch or so to the left or right until
the pin engages and the turnstile is held in place.
To verify that the pin is engaged, gently press the compartment edge to the left or right.
