Maintenance Schedule

The schedule for recommended maintenance is listed next. We recommend that standard preventive main-
tenance procedures be completed on 30-day, 90-day, or yearly cycles, as outlined in the table.

more than once in approximately 5,000 transactions.

From the Nexus Station control panel, go to Settings > Sta-
tion Test > Diagnostics.
Complete the following equipment tests from the Nexus Sta-
tion Diagnostics Menu.
Move the turnstile (carousel) to the left and right.
Lock and unlock the turnstile (carousel).
Open and close the security door.
Open and close the slide plate.
Open and close the air valve.
Move the push-rod up and down.
Open and close the brake.
If any tests fail, turn off and restart the station, and run the
tests again. If a test continues to fail, call Swisslog support.
